Final Season of "Sex Education" Will Premiere on September 21
The hit show promises to go out with a bang.

Great news for fans of the hit Netflix series "Sex Education". The show returns for a final fourth season, scheduled to premiere on September 21, according to an announcement from the streaming platform. It's also known that Asa Butterfield and Emma Mackey will reprise their roles as Otis Milburn and Maeve Wiley, respectively, in the series created by Laurie Nunn.
"Sex Education" initially premiered in January 2019 and has since captivated audiences with its exploration of the lives of students, staff, and parents at the fictional Moorda Secondary School. The plot of each episode delves into various personal dilemmas, often (actually... most of the time) revolving around matters of sexual intimacy.
In a heartfelt letter to Sex Education fans, Laurie Nunn, the creator of the show, expressed her immense pride and extended her gratitude to the brilliant writers, cast, and crew who poured their hearts into every episode. She has been overwhelmed by the global impact the show has made and hopes it has provided solace to viewers worldwide.
Although deciding to conclude the show with the fourth season wasn't easy, Nunn realized it was the right time as the themes and stories for this new season crystallized, allowing for a satisfying conclusion to the series.
Sex Education Season Four premieres September 21, 2023.
